Transfer4all aims to fully comply with DMCA although "transfer4all.net" is not operating in the US. We respect any copyrighted or trademarked work and we are fully against illegal sharing of these works. Any user account will be terminated immediately upon receiving a valid DMCA notice and the content will be deleted immediately. 
We are determined to respond to all DMCA and ABUSE reports and take action in 24 hours at most.
A DMCA notice should include the following items :
An electronic or physical signature of the copyrighted work owner (or authorized person).
A description of the copyrighted work, including the URL where this infringing content is available or a copy of it.
Your contact details: email address, telephone, and address
A statement in “good faith belief” that the work is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement by you, the person who sends the takedown notice, that the information you send in the notice (above information) is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
When we receive the notice and approve that it is valid, we will block access to the file and send the user a notice that access to the file has been blocked and a counter Notification Form.
If we receive a  filled Counter Notification Form, we will send this to Complainant and inform that blocked access will be reactivated in 14 days if Complainant does not file an action seeking court order to restrain the uploader for this material.
In accordance with the DMCA, we have a policy of terminating accounts of uploaders, who repeats copyright infringements. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the account of any person repeating these actions.

APPLICABILITY of Transfer4all SERVICES

You agree and accept these Terms to the use of personal data and cookies in relation to the Services our Privacy Policy applies. If the Services include, are used in connection with, or are integrated with the services of third parties, the terms and privacy policies of those third parties may apply in addition to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of your employer or another organization, you are agreeing to the terms of that organization and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so. Transfer4all is not responsible for any third-party services, terms, and/or policies.

Transfer4all reserves the right to edit, modify and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Transfer4all and you, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website. Therefore, we recommend that you review the Terms from time to time and take note of any changes. By continuing your use of the Services you accept the amended Terms. These Terms supersede any and all prior oral and written quotations, terms, communications, agreements, and understandings between you and Transfer4all. The following parts of these Terms apply to specific Services (Free or Paid Services) which providing by Transfer4all.

General conditions

Transfer4all allows you to transfer any type of file with others. To transfer your files you need to upload them and provide us with the email addresses of the recipient or choose to distribute a download link yourself If you use link transfer you will not be informed of any downloads by others. Transfer4all file transfer provides the possibility to share files up to a maximum total capacity. Uploaded files are stored on Transfer4all 's servers for a limited period of time after which the ability to download expires. After the expiry period, Transfer4all will permanently delete the uploaded files. These files will not be available or retrievable anymore. The basic functionality of Transfer4all file transferring up to 5 GB is free without registration.

Transfer4all also offers "Team plan", a paid subscription version that offers you a set of more features. You can find more information here. Transfer4all treats files as confidential and does not control the use of download links, regardless of whether they are originally distributed by us or by you. Recipients can forward the links and allow others to use them. You are solely responsible for the file content you upload and share. Transfer4all also more offers and plans and services. You can keep your files up to 1 year with Transfer4all as a paid service.

Account access protection

After registration, we recommend changing the password in your account. For your own security, please use a password consisting of numbers, letters, and special characters. The password of your member account should contain at least 8 digits. Transfer4all has no access to the passwords of the users. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by entering your e-mail address on the login page. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Payment conditions

If you use a paid service of Transfer4all, the initial subscription term starts once the fees due have been paid in full. We may introduce or change the fees for the services (Pricing and plans) from time to time, for which we will give you advance notice. If you have a fixed term and price subscription, that price will remain in force for the fixed term. Depending on the payment method you choose, the issuer of the payment method may charge you certain fees relating to the processing of your payment. You can change your payment method in your account settings of the respective Service or by contacting us via email.

Transfer4all may suspend or cancel the Services to you if a payment is not successfully settled (for instance in case of insufficient funds, expiration of credit cards, a change in payment details, or otherwise). Suspension or cancellation of the Services for non-payment can result in a loss of access to and use of your account and your files and transfers.

FILE CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY

Transfer4all does not claim any ownership of the file content you transfer, use, store, or share through the Services and you are solely responsible for it. Also, you are solely responsible for sharing it with the correct recipients. Any liability for damages relating to the Content lies with the individual that creates, uses, stores, and/or shares it within the Services. You acknowledge that download and/or access links can be forwarded and that recipients having access to such links, can access the Content it's connected with.

Transfer4all allows you to protect file transfers with a password. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality and/or the distribution of passwords. By using the Services you warrant that you have, for any file content you create, use, store or share using the Services, all required permissions (including from copyright and other intellectual property rights owners) to distribute, sub-license, transfer, store, and/or make the Content online available as part of the Services. Transfer4all is not liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of or in relation to the Content created, used, stored or shared by you within the Services, including but not limited to, copyright-protected works and/or trademarks.

ALL SERVICES RESTRICTIONS

Transfer4all respects your rights and expects that you respect those of others, including Transfer4all, its advertisers, and third parties. This includes respecting the right to privacy, corporate intelligence, business secrets, and intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, copyrights, trade names, and logos. You agree not to use the Services to commit, promote, enable or facilitate any unlawful or criminal acts or breach of these Terms or facilitate or promote others to do so.

As a condition to make use of the Services you agree not to create, use, store or share any Content that:

• Files to which third party rights exist and whose copyrights are violated by the upload and download;

• Child pornographic content;

• Files glorifying violence and racism;

• Instructions on criminal offenses

• Junk mails

• Spam

• Viruses

• Trojans

• Malware

• Phishing mails

• Hacking

• Use automated means to access or use the Services without our permission;

• Reverse engineer or decompile any (part) of the Services;

• Resell, sublicence, rent, lease, offer, or otherwise commercialize services without our permission; and/or allow others to use your account.

VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Transfer4all reserves the right to block the use of Transfer4all as free or paid use without prior notice and to delete the relevant data. Transfer4all expressly reserves the right to take legal action and claim damages against customers who violate these guidelines. It does not refund fees for those who use Transfer4all without complying with its rules.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights and/or similar rights on the services are vested in Transfer4all and/or its partners and you are not allowed to use, remove, modify, copy, mirror, distribute, decompile, or reverse engineer any of it in any way. Transfer4all is not responsible or liable for third-party content published within the Services, in-ad links to external websites, or the content, products, or services offered on external websites. You acknowledge and accept that all use outside the services is at your own risk. You will always respect and observe the reputation of Transfer4all and ensure that your use of the Services will in no way prejudice any rights and/or the reputation of Transfer4all and its partners.

DISCLAIMER AND ACCOUNT USAGE

Transfer4all provides the Services "as-is", without any warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, Transfer4all explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Transfer4all makes no warranty that the services are available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Transfer4all is not responsible for any damages to the computer system or mobile device of you or any third party that result from the use of the Services and is not responsible for any failure of the Services to store, transfer or delete a file or for the corruption or loss of any data, information or Content contained in a file.

Transfer4all may change, terminate or expand its Services from time to time and reserves the right to limit access to or eliminate any features or functionality of the Services at its own discretion.

Some of the services require you to register and provide us with data such as your email address, password, and/or payment details. You must ensure that these are accurate and keep them updated in your account settings. You are responsible for any activity from or by your account, so you should not share your password and you should protect it carefully. Should registrations or account data appear to be misused, Transfer4all reserves the right to delete the account. Transfer4all is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of your account.

COMPETENCE AND APPLICABLE LAW

The Present Terms and the relations between you and Transfer4all are subject to Uk law.

The parties shall attempt to reach an amicable solution to any dispute arising between them regarding the interpretation, performance  , or cancellation of the present terms.
